Zooble is a free to use application for iOS devices that allows users to send video messages to each other. Using the app, users are able to record thirty second long videos that dictate the actions of an animated character. The characters come in a variety of popular avatars, including Hillary Clinton, Ice Age movie characters, and emojis. After creating the animation, users can either post to the app itself or submit it to other social media accounts. Zoobe began to gain popularity in many Eastern countries like Russia, Kosovo, and former Balkan states in 2015. For there, it spread to the Tumblr community, where it was mostly used to make funny memes. However, users should be aware that Zoobe isn't compatible with all iOS updates. Older phones, or phones with low memory, may not be able to handle the application since it has a large download file. Some users experienced frequent crashes.
