These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the APP2U website, platform, app directory, developer services and related features and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using APP2U, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. About APP2U
APP2U operates an app discovery and technology platform that provides information about mobile applications, developers, publishers and related digital products.

- Submit deliberately false or misleading information.
- Use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures.
- Scrape, copy or systematically extract APP2U content where prohibited by applicable law or without required authorization.
- Use APP2U in a way that infringes the rights of another person or organization.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. App Information
APP2U may display information about applications obtained from developers, publishers, official websites, app stores, public sources and other sources.
App information may include names, descriptions, icons, screenshots, categories, developer information, versions, links and other application-related information.
Although we aim to provide useful and accurate information, applications and their associated information may change without notice.
APP2U does not guarantee that every app listing is complete, current or error-free.
5. App Submissions
Developers, publishers and authorized representatives may be able to submit applications or application information to APP2U.
By submitting content, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You are authorized to submit the application.
- You have the necessary rights or permissions for submitted materials.
- Your submission does not intentionally infringe third-party rights.
- Your application does not contain undisclosed malicious functionality.
- Your submission complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
Submission does not guarantee publication or continued listing.
APP2U may review, approve, reject, edit, categorize, suspend or remove submissions according to our platform standards.
6. Prohibited Applications
APP2U does not knowingly accept applications designed primarily to deceive, defraud, compromise or harm users.
Prohibited submissions may include applications involving:
- Scams or fraudulent activities
- Phishing
- Credential theft
- Malware, spyware or viruses
- Malicious software
- Fake or impersonated applications
- Deliberately misleading download mechanisms
- Unauthorized collection of sensitive information
- Fraudulent financial or investment schemes
- Unauthorized distribution of third-party applications
- Applications that violate applicable laws
APP2U may remove an application if information discovered after publication indicates that it violates our policies or these Terms.
7. Developer and Publisher Responsibility
Developers and publishers remain responsible for their applications.
Listing an application on APP2U does not transfer responsibility for the application, its functionality, security, content, privacy practices or legal compliance to APP2U.
Developers are responsible for maintaining accurate information and appropriate privacy policies, permissions, disclosures and legal documentation for their applications where required.
8. Commercial Services
APP2U may offer paid services, promotional opportunities, sponsored placements, enhanced publishing services or other commercial products.
Prices, features, eligibility requirements and conditions may be displayed separately when a service is purchased.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable service terms, purchasing a commercial service does not guarantee:
- Approval of an application
- Permanent listing
- Specific search-engine rankings
- A specific level of traffic
- A specific number of users
- Specific business results
- Positive editorial coverage

9. Payments
Where APP2U offers paid Services, applicable prices and payment terms will be presented before or during the purchasing process.
