Real User Reviews
I wanted to report a recurring issue with the video player. Often, after fast-forwarding a few times, the video freezes and won't stop loading. This has been happening for a while, and I'm still encountering it after the most recent update. Having to close and reopen the video is pretty frustrating. Could you please look into a fix? Thanks!
The worst service ever. They charged every month but couldn't watch any single contents. Reached out to their customer service multiple times but not a single time I received any response and the issue stayed unresolved. Tried to Unsubscribe from the Zee5 website, doesn't change the plan even after clicking Cancel Plan. I want to
Very disaapointed with service team, its been 3 days after i subscribed and till now they cant solve the issue to login to smart tv, every time the question is same and its going round and round...no solution...i cant login to smart tv but still they ask every time to go for settings in zee5...very very bad service team. Issue is escalated and the next team ask same question and it goes on. i want to cancel and get refund of my subsciption.
Misleading and fraudulent subscription claims! I purchased the ZEE5 Premium yearly plan clearly sold as “Ad-Free”, yet still see platform-inserted ads before live TV channels. Their support team doesn’t even understand the difference between broadcaster ads (which are normal on live TV) and platform ads inserted by ZEE5 itself. Nowhere during purchase was this limitation mentioned — extremely misleading and unethical. Please stop advertising it as “Ad-Free” when it clearly isn’t.
