Your privacy vault:
Modern smartphones feature pretty good mobile cameras that can more or less replace dedicated point-and-shoots, so it's no wonder people are taking photos and videos now more than ever. These things tend to accumulate quickly, and it can be hard to keep track of your media, specifically the ones you don't want other people to see, for one reason or another. In such situations, HideU: Calculator Lock can help.
This privacy app is basically a media vault moonlighting as a calculator app. Use it like any ordinary number-cruncher and open up a secret repository to store your photos and videos in. The same can be done for other things like documents and text files. A nice thing about it is that anything you store inside will not show up anywhere else, ensuring your data is kept secure.
One bonus addition is that you can lock applications inside the vault to prevent access to them, which is especially handy for messengers, phone dialers, or file managers. It's free, so ads are par for the course here. However, the way they appear is just intrusive and sours the experience. Switch back and forth between apps or access your storage, and you'll have to deal with them every time.
Pros & Cons:
Pros
Clean and modern UI
Easy operation
Works on media, files, and even applications
Cons
Intrusive ads
Final Words:
From that moment on, every time you open HideU: Calculator Lock you’ll see a perfectly running calculator that can solve any math operations as any other. However, whenever you enter the four digits and tap on “=”, it will show the secret parallel space where you can hide your photos, play videos, lock apps or even surf the Net privately. HideU: Calculator Lock is a nice solution to quickly, effectively and easily hide all your files, documents and apps within a seemingly normal calculator.
