Grand Theft Auto: iFruit is a popular mod for GTA V. It allows players to further customize their cars and pets, bringing a heightened sense of excitement and immersion. With simple controls, users can freely customize their car's license plate, image, and background in the garage, making them even more impressive in the game. Players can also interact with their pets in the game, triggering different Chop reactions with clicks, which is incredibly fun.

YouTube ↗Features:
LS Customs: The main attraction is LS Customs, a remote garage that mirrors the Los Santos body shop from the console and PC game. Players can repaint or retune the default vehicles of Michael, Franklin, and Trevor, choose wheel styles, and create personalized license plates. Changes saved in the app transfer to the main game at the next session, so the crew’s cars appear exactly as designed without spending console time on cosmetic tweaks. The menu is straightforward but lacks the deeper mechanical mods available in Grand Theft Auto V itself, keeping the experience brief and mostly cosmetic.
Chop the Dog: The second core feature is a virtual-pet module for Chop, Franklin’s loyal Rottweiler. Feeding, watering, and cleaning up after the dog follow a simple timer system that rewards frequent check-ins. Training sessions include swiping gestures to teach tricks, while the walking mini-game asks the player to draw paths around potential canine conflicts in a small park map. Successful outings improve Chop’s behavior in Grand Theft Auto V, making him more responsive during story missions. The mechanics echo classic mobile pet simulators, offering quick interaction rather than depth.
Performance and Stability: iFruit is offered free of charge, but the Android version has a mixed record on stability. Occasional login errors or prolonged synchronizing screens can interrupt progress, and some users may need to restart the app to push modifications to the console. Graphics are serviceable, using crisp artwork that matches the Grand Theft Auto aesthetic, yet the overall package feels barebones once the two primary tools are explored.
Chop the Dog:
Chop is Franklin’s canine sidekick in Grand Theft Auto V. Look after him well in the “Chop the Dog” app and you will reap the benefits when playing as Franklin in Grand Theft Auto V. Pet him, feed and water him, play fetch and tug-of-war, teach him tricks. Too much or too little of an activity, however, will cause Chop to become unhappy, and nobody likes an unhappy Rottweiler.
Looking after Chop successfully is reflected in his behavior in Grand Theft Auto V in a number of ways:
He will be more helpful and responsive to Franklin
He will perform tricks such as sitting, begging and giving paw if properly trained through the app
He will sniff out the nearest hidden items when the player takes him for a walk
Earn enough credits through walks and proper caretaking and exchange them for new collars for Chop
Conclusion:
iFruit is a companion app for GTA V that allows you to tweak a few elements of your in-game experience while on the move (and also offers a shortcut to some of Rockstar's social features). So - whether you are boosting cars, knocking off a liquor store, or just on your way to work - you can always be improving your status in the city of Los Santos.
