User comments

It's a perfect app for videos app, simple control and with multi-language subtitles, but there's a flaw in the compliment, where some of the words from subtitles are not correct, but it's actually not a big deal, but for the sake of viewers, it's better to make it better so that viewers could also learn some new words by watching their favorite shows. That's all and I hope your team would double check the subtitles that they put on screen.

so There is something you need to fix: I paid for the annual Premium subscription, yet ads still pop up in the app—even when I pause a video. Furthermore, it keeps displaying banners prompting me to purchase a weekly or monthly membership. You really should remove all of that once a user already has an active membership—especially if it’s the Premium tier, which is the one I have.

My only request would be when the closed captioning become so fast that I have to pause to catch up my reading. The words disappear from the screen unless I let it stay paused for several seconds. Having to do this numerous times during the episodes can be a bit annoying/ challenging. It's less difficult viewing the episodes it on my phone because I can slow the speed of the video down but I can't do that when I'm watching on my television.
