YouTube ↗Awesome Features
Save Money! Passengers decide the fare! In fact, the average fare using inDrive is 30-50% lower than traditional taxi services.
Save Time. No need to call taxi companies to inquire about vehicle information. No long waits or need to negotiate with dispatchers about taxi arrival times. Pick-up time is only 2-3 minutes!
Convenient and Simple. Ordering is very easy—simply fill in the "departure point," "destination," and "fare" fields on the order form, and the fare is up to you! Nearby drivers will contact you.
Feature-Rich Numerous options allow you to specify more travel conditions—choose a minibus, specify pick-up and drop-off times, specify whether child seats are required, and more. You can also book intercity trips or find trucks.
Technically, after placing an order, passengers can view the distance to the driver and progress to their destination on a city map. Previously completed route orders can be rebooked with a single click.
Safety is guaranteed. Passengers can see the driver's name and age, vehicle brand and license plate number, and the number of completed orders. When submitting a ride request, passengers can filter drivers based on other passengers' ratings.
Extra income. For drivers with private cars, inDriver is a great opportunity to earn extra income. Flexible working hours, no dispatcher required, and GPS location functionality minimize empty driving time and mileage. Drivers are free to choose the jobs they want!
User's Comments
App works well and fast. I can negotiate good prices. I recommend indrive and I hardly use other rides. I have even become their police to ensure drivers do not manipulate and take the ride outside the app, because indrive need to make their commission to remain in business.
works well enough... kind of. sometimes it doesn't capture the GPS location very well and had a few incidents of incorrect pickup location and subsequent mumari/verbal fighting with the driver. the fare system sounds good in practice but can be annoying and confusing. other than that, no problems with driver or getting to my destination
Fair prices but the APP is still have a lot of problems especially for drivers when they can easily top up their account that enhance their easy pick up of drivers. It can be very annoying many atimes.
great app, as a driver I am enjoying its usage. good UI but the area of passagers cancellation of rides and sometimes no refund for the trip should be addressed. And also the pickup point is not always precise, that should be addressed as well. my third observations is that there should be A breaking point for passagers' fair reduction (control) is the issue because some passengers reduce the fair value too low, and even when you try to bargain, the highest option is still not close to what should be given.
