GBInstagram is a modified version of the app, unrelated to Instagram or Meta. It allows users to customize the app to their liking, such as hiding online status, hiding others' posts after reading them, starring messages, and enlarging profile pictures. With GBInstagram, you can run two accounts simultaneously on the same device for a more convenient experience. It not only lets you enjoy your favorite photos, videos, and stories but also provides an experience similar to the official app. Furthermore, you'll find many other innovative features to enhance your privacy and ensure secure use of the app, preventing any unauthorized access.
Highlights:
Let’s you save photos, reels, and stories with a tap, super handy when you want an offline copy.
Stealth features (anonymous story view, stealth screenshots) give you quiet control over who knows you watched.
Tons of themes and UI tweaks let you make the app look the way you like.
Supports parallel installs / multiple accounts, so juggling work and personal profiles is less messy.
Extra media controls (zoom profile pics, full-screen preview, autoplay options) make viewing more comfortable.
Useful on older or low-spec phones where the official app feels bloated or buggy.
Small convenience tools (copy captions, translate in place, quick downloads) save the need for repeated fiddling.
Features:
Hide View Stories
Want to hide the story from specific friends or people on Instagram? That’s where this feature isn’t available on Instagram: we want our story not to be seen by a particular group of people, but the official version doesn’t offer that feature. On GB, Instagram users can hide stories from some friends in settings.
Keep Messages Unread
Want to view the message of a friend, but want to keep it unread? This feature is available only on GB Instagram. Sometimes we are curious about a message but don’t want to seem to have read it. With this application, we can enable this feature in the settings. Whenever we see a message, it will appear as unread to the sender.
Disable Typing Indicators
The Instagram application reveals typing indicators by default, which users don’t want. The GB Insta application can help with that too: in settings, users can turn off typing indicators, and the indicator will never appear again.
Stealthy Screenshot
Users can enjoy the stealthy screenshots feature via GB MOD Instagram. In contrast, in the initial version of Instagram, if users take screenshots of disappearing or view-only messages, they receive a notification with an icon and an alert message. But with the GB mod, this alert and notification won’t appear, so that users can take screenshots of stories and other media files without hesitation.
Anti-Reply Image
The application also provides the anti-reply image feature. If users send an image to someone and don’t want the other person to reply with a picture, it can only be text and emojis. This feature is best for that. This feature is mainly used when someone wants the other person not to reply with an inappropriate image or to keep the chat cleaner.
Live Ghost Mode
This feature helps users watch someone’s live stream anonymously. Sometimes users need to enter someone’s life without letting them know that’s where this feature helps. With live ghost Mode, users can join any live without the creator knowing. This feature isn’t available yet in the official Instagram app.
Ad-Free Experience
With the ad-free feature, users don’t have to watch sponsored posts or advertisements that feel dull and break the flow. The feature helps users have a great Instagram experience without distractions. At the same time, official Instagram users sometimes have to wait and watch unskippable ads.
High-Quality Media Sharing
The image or video may lose quality when shared on the official Instagram account. Still, this application supports high-quality media sharing, sending videos and photos to users in their original quality.
