I've been using PDFfiller for many years now on my PC and mobile devices, mostly using it to send faxeand find it very capable productivity tool. I recently experienced an issue on my Android app trying to send the fax where It would not display my typed text below the third line even though I could keep typing. I contacted PDFfiller support and within the week they had updated the application and it is now working again after I uninstall or reinstalled it... very responsive support, always.
The document I filled out which was a declaration was easy enough to fill out. HOWEVER THE SALES TACTIC OF SHOWING $8 PER MONTH OF WHICH I INTENDED TO SUBSCRIBE TO. TURNED OUT TO BE $96 CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD. After calling to get an answer why I was charged $96. The sales tactic of putting a big $8 on the pricing page was only a lure to actually pay $96 for a yearly subscription. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE SALES TACTIC BAIT AND SWITCH. UNACCEPTABLE SALES TACTICS.
PdfFiller has an awesome customer support team! I forgot to cancel my free trial, and when the payment went through, I contacted customer support and they refunded me promptly! Not to mention, the app/website is very convenient. But as someone who only used the app for school purposes, I didn't find myself using it frequently enough for it to be worth the subscription. If I had an occupation that frequently dealt with documents though, PdfFiller would definitely be my go-to!
