User comments
It performs very well. Try to pick the same Server for consistency. I have used this product on many different networks, (yes, even my home network on my own devices). There are other tools provided that compliment Speedtest. Downdector is good for seeing specific network problems, outside of your network.
I have been using Speedtest for years. You get unbiased results coming from a app not connected to your Internet provider. I use Simple Mobile and get 650 thru WiFi and 850 thru mobile connection. Thru Speedtest I was able to determine if I need to download large files shut off wifi. The app has other tests also. Download it, it won't hurt, and you might even be happy you did.
We travel quite often and I like to see how fast the different countries and communities are. Currently in Nicaragua in a remote area (on Mint Mobile International pass) and testing the speeds on Wifi and Mint. Works excellent.... :)
