I like previous version better because it is easy to share all info of parcel status to my customer in 1 click but the new version needs 2 clicks and 2 pages to have all info'
There has been a lot of improvement in the app and now it show delivery drivers name and phone number overall works well

The app is very comprehensive and works great. However, I would like to suggest an improvement to the "My Parcels" section, specifically under "In Transit." Once a package has been received, it moves to the "Signed For" category; I would like the item to be removed from the "In Transit" list entirely so that it appears only in the "Signed For" section. Thank you.
